Description
This kit is for one of the Padarn Railway’s Brakeman’s Van kits. They were used to accommodate the brakesman/guard on the Padarn Railway. There were 4 originally built with one iron variant. This kit is to build one of the wooden types. They were basic vehicles, with only a bench and a compartment inside to hold tools or shunting equipment.
The kit compromises of laser cut plywood parts and 3D printed detailing parts, as well as the brass rod for making handrails, wheels, axles, bearings and glazing.
